This is what Lincoln looks like after 1 MEAL! Look at his highchair! He really enjoys running his sticky finger through his hair too. This happens EVERY TIME we eat! The picture of the floor does not do justice to the mess he leaves behind. It is kind of amazing to me. I think that ALL kitchens should have a big hose that comes out of the kitchen sink and a drain in the floor so you can hose down the mess (and maybe the kids?)
What a time saver that would be...

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!
Katelyn made him some "letter puppets" with
everyone's name on them. The kids also colored and framed pictures
for him to take to work. I love Ethan's face in the picture.. he was so
excited to give dad his present. I am so thankful to have Jason as my
husband. He is such a good daddy and loves our kids so much. He goes
above and beyond everyday with them and makes everything easier for me as a mom. I love you Jason!
We went to feed the ducks a couple of days ago. It was pretty fun... we
started out just feeding the ducks and the kids ended up swimming in a
little stream (which is why Ethan's shirt is missing in some pics). I
thought the boys looked so cute without their shirts on. It felt the
way summer should feel. Thanks Grandma Gause and Tawny... tons of fun!
We have a rule at our house... if you want something to eat and it's not time for a meal or snack, you get a piece of bread. Ethan eats a lot of bread because he usually eats 3 bites of whatever we're having and then claims that he's full. I am kind of mean and won't even put butter on it for him; I make him do it himself. The whole point of this is that mom cooks/fixes food 5 times a day and I am not doing any more. If you can't wait an hour to get the next meal... you're on your own. Look at the pile of butter on this piece!!!! He was quite proud of himself for doing it, but I did scrape some of that off before he ate it!
We went fishing with Grandpa Snow and the Taylor boys... I am so happy
and grateful to my dad for taking the time to take our little kids
fishing. If is wasn't for him, they would probably never get the
chance. I don't even own a fishing pole and putting worms on a hook
isn't really my forte. The kids had a great time and, miraculously,
were all able to catch a fish. (And only one kid fell in the water... not too shabby!)
